Terms & Conditions
  • The Room would be provided only if full payment is done in advance and it would on first-come-first-served-basis due to limited number. of rooms available.
  • The Guest is requested to carry a Valid Photo Id proof, which will be required at the time of check in.
  • The Guest House Check-in time is 1400 hrs and Check-out time is 1100 hrs. Early check in and Late check-out is strictly subject to availability & cannot be guaranteed.
  • The guest is requested to intimate in advance in case of any change in their schedule / correction in the spelling of your name.
  • Mutual interchange of the rooms without informing the organizers will not be entertained. Delegate opting for twin sharing accommodation can suggest the name of the room partner at the time of booking/registration or else the organizers will allot the room partner at random.
  • The guest will need to provide Credit Card number to the reception of the Guest House during check-in and any extra expenses such as Room Service, Laundry, Telephones, Food and Breakfast charges etc are not included in the package.
  • Outside Food is strictly not permitted in the Rooms of the Guest House.

Registration & Residential Package Payment

Payment must be made in INR for Indian Delegates and USD for Foreign Delegates after completing the registration process. Delegates opting for online payment option are liable for online fees as applicable.

You may choose one of the following methods:

  • Credit card/Debit card (i.e. Visa, Master Card)
  • Demand Draft, payable Mumbai in favour of “AASNS & NSI 2019”
  • Cheque payment will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

Note, in case of cancellation of registration and residential package booking at any stage

  • Before 30th June, 2019: 100% refund (Less INR 2000 or USD 30 as Handling fee)
  • From 1st July, 2019 until 30th September, 2019: 50% refund
  • No refund on cancellations sent after 1st October, 2019

In the event of “No Show”- No refund / conference certificate will be given.

All refunds for payments will be processed after the congress only.
